Club Doncaster Foundation are looking for motivated individuals with coaching experience to join the Foundation team in the role as Casual Community Coach.
We have a number of casual positions available to cover annual leave, sickness and new programmes on an as and when needed basis. Whilst this role will vary in respect of the programme brief, most of the work for this role will be delivering football, rugby league, and multi-sport sessions within schools, community engagement sessions aswell as delivery in our Community Gym.
The successful applicants will be representing Club Doncaster Foundation at every session they plan, deliver and review. We are looking for someone who delivers sessions with enthusiasm, inclusivity and innovation. Duties will include but not limited to - coaching a wide variety of ages, abilities and children who vary in their interest for sport and physical activity. Following sessions, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining key links with participants, parents and teachers alike.
The successful applicants will ideally have previous knowledge and experience of working within a sports or educational environment and have experience of planning sessions that will engage with all levels of participants. A good level of education, appropriate experience and qualifications in a level 2 sports coaching qualification is essential to this post. You will also need a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
