Would you like to organise a joint fundraiser with us?
As always, we love hearing your weird and wonderful ideas! So, if you’re interested in organising a joint fundraising event with us, here’s how the process works:
What’s the process?
- Complete our Expression of Interest form, outlining the details of your proposed event
- We’ll review your proposal and let you know whether your event has been approved.
Please note: While we’d love to support every fundraising idea that comes our way, there are several factors we need to consider, including other events in the calendar and our capacity to provide the support your event deserves.
If your event is approved, we’ll offer the following support package:
- Support with facility bookings (where applicable), including sharing the relevant contact
- Promotion on our website through a dedicated news story
- Graphic design support for promotional materials, including flyers and posters
- Social media support to help promote your event
- A feature in the Club Doncaster Foundation newsletter
- A general email to our partner database, helping to encourage support and attendance
- Where possible, on-the-day presence or support from the Foundation team/volunteers
Whether you’re planning a charity football match, quiz night, or something completely out of the box, we’d love to hear from you.
Fundraising is about bringing people together, having fun and making a difference, and we’re always excited to work with individuals, groups and organisations who share our passion for supporting the people of Doncaster. Every fundraising event helps us continue delivering life-changing support and, by working together, we can make an even greater impact in our communities.
