Both the girls and boys football academy from Club Doncaster Sports College took to the Keepmoat Stadium on Wednesday to face education partners, Selby College in the annual varsity cup.
The girls were staged first and came back from a goal down to run out 3-1 winners before the boys doubled the trophy tally for the afternoon.
They also beat rivals, Selby, snatching the spoils convincingly with a 6-0 win.
Academy coordinator and Doncaster Rovers hall of famer, Tim Ryan commented:
"I just want to say a massive thank you to everybody who came together to make our annual varsity match go so well. Every year each department mucks in and makes the experience great and we're very grateful we have such a committed team.
We also retained both trophies on the day which is another bonus for our students and I know they all massively enjoyed their time on the main pitch. It's such a memorable experience for them, and one that not many people get the chance to do, so to win as well makes it even better.
A big thank you must also go to Selby College and Ed and Carla for organisign teams, it takes two teams to make the day fantastic."
Club Doncaster Foundation's health and wellbeing team also spent the afternoon in the kitchen cooking food and refreshments for players, parents and spectators.
They cooked burgers provided by Queens Butchers and baked home made cookies for everyone to enjoy after the day.
