Club Doncaster is the brand that connects Doncaster’s elite sports teams and manages the delivery of events at Doncaster’s Keepmoat Stadium.

Club Doncaster Sports Village is at the heart of the Keepmoat Stadium which houses a number of our community based events, external pitch bookings, and is home to a wide variety of teams from across the borough.

We are looking for people with the desire to work within the Sports Village area representing Club Doncaster as front of house staff on a casual arrangement.  Applicants should be hard working, enthusiastic and committed to delivering the highest quality customer service to all of stadium users.

The successful applicants will be required to work during evening and weekend sessions, assisting with customer enquiries, reception duties, taking pitch bookings, and managing the presentation of the sports village, ensuring our standards and customer experiences excel at all times.

The ideal candidates will have an interest and experience in leisure management, working within fast paced environments, and have excellent attention to detail. Applicants should show a willingness to learn internal computer systems and support the department to generate new sales to increase spectator numbers.

Experience in cash handling and outbound calling would prove advantageous although full training will be given.
