Job Vacancies: Health and Wellbeing Coordinator Positions

We are delighted to be recruiting for 3 Health and Wellbeing Coordinator positions and we're looking for dedicated and innovative individuals to join our passionate team. You will have a key role in the delivery of our award winning community health provision, enabling you to make a key difference across Doncaster.

Key skills and responsibilities will include:

To support the planning and delivery of the health and wellbeing programmes.
To contribute to the welfare and safeguarding of participants.
To work with participants to develop behaviour/positive lifestyle changes.
To provide support to people who may not be engaging with positive activities (such as Fit Rovers).
To support the Health & Wellbeing team in the development of the department, inclusive of initiatives, future opportunities and project evaluation.
To liaise with participants, partners, parents/guardians to support the delivery of the programme.
To support the quality assurance processes in place to ensure we have the highest possible delivery.
To build relationships with key local partners to embed pathways across Doncaster.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the health and wellbeing sector with a proactive attitude who are keen to “get things done” and go above and beyond to achieve results and contribute collaboratively.

You must be flexible due to the nature of the work and will have to be available on evenings and weekends to support with the programme delivery rota.
