HOME GOALS | Recipe: one pan sausage and vegetable bake

Here is the first recipe for you to try at home. You can watch the video of this meal being made on the Home Goals YouTube channel.

 

Prep time: 10 mins

Cook time: 30 mins

 Serves: 4

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 red Potatos
  • Green Beans
  • 1 large head of Broccoli
  • 3 large bell peppers
  • 9 ounces smoked sausage
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

 

Instructions:

Pre heat oven 200

Line a large baking tray with foil or grease proof paper

Chop the potatoes into small pieces

Trim and halve the green beans

Chop the broccoli

Chop the peppers into thick squares

Slice the sausage

Place all the veg and sausage into the baking tray and pour on the olive oil, paprika, salt pepper and garlic powder and toss to coat evenly

Bake for 15 mins before removing and shaking

Bake for a further 15 mins or until the veg is crisp and tender and the sausage is browned.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle on the parmesan.

 

Enjoy with rice or quinoa
