Club Doncaster Foundation have agreed a partnership with Elite Pro Sports to be the new technical kit partner of the club for the 2019/2020 season.
As part of the partnership, Elite Pro Sports will also become kit partners for the rest of Club Doncaster including Doncaster Rovers and Doncaster RLFC.
The Foundation, along with its sub-branches Impact Doncaster and Club Doncaster Sports College, will move from FBT to Elite Pro Sports, with the deal beginning on Monday June 3.
Elite Pro Sports are a Doncaster-based company with an extensive portfolio of supplier arrangements for other professional sports teams including Castleford Tigers, Gloucester Rugby Union, Yorkshire Carnegie, Widnes Vikings and Lincoln City.
In a first for the Club Doncaster Group, all clothing will be branded with the Club Doncaster logo in a move that strengthens the brand and provides future opportunities to provide kit for educational establishments and sports teams within the region.
Gavin Baldwin, Club Doncaster chief executive, said: “We’re immensely proud that we’ve been in a position to choose a professional Doncaster-based organisation to be our supplier, with all kit and training wear designed in the town. Elite Pro Sports have shown an understanding of the importance of Club Doncaster and it’s community links which makes the new partnership even more relevant”
Lee Jenkinson, chief executive at Elite Pro Sports, added: “We are delighted to have signed a long-term partnership with Club Doncaster. With Elite Pro Sports being based in Doncaster, we have witnessed the exceptional work that the club does in the community and are looking forward to assisting them in their projects over the forthcoming years.”
As part of the partnership, Elite Pro Sports will be producing a wider and more diverse product range across Club Doncaster, with a new e-commerce platform for fans launching on Monday June 3.
The club shop at the Keepmoat Stadium will close while Elite Pro Sports undertake some refurbishment before opening on the weekend of June 15.
