Sports College principal praises students and staff for their efforts in tough circumstances

Club Doncaster Sports College principal Adi Turnpenny praises staff and students as the college continues to deliver high standard lessons in challenging times.

The COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic has seen the country put on lockdown and school and college buildings closed but – like all educational establishments – Club Doncaster Sports College have found new innovative ways to continue teaching.

All lessons are going ahead as normal with remote and online learning taking place with teachers adapting content and resources so they can be accessed as home.

Mr Turnpenny said: “Our staff continue to work hard and innovatively to deliver the qualifications to our students who in turn have responded really well to the challenging circumstances we find ourselves in. 

“It is important to us that the students gain the skills and knowledge which will help them progress and that they achieve the grades that they deserve.”
