Three of the Foundation’s popular lockdown initiatives are returning to our Home Goals group throughout January and February to help Doncaster residents keep active during ‘Lockdown 3.0’.
‘Lockdown Log’, ‘Tour de Lockdown’ and a new spin on our weekend run club will all be launching in our Home Goals Facebook community this week, with participants encouraged to track their progress and share their results with the rest of the group.
“After the success of our first ‘Tour de Lockdown’, we’ve decided to relaunch it for January alongside our lockdown log and run clubs”, explained Foundation health and wellbeing officer Lauren Cuttell.
“Since Home Goals was created last April, it’s grown a real sense of community and the participants are always looking to support each other.
“Hopefully we’ll see just as much engagement as we’ve had previously, it might even help with some new year resolutions!”
Our Home Goals programme will be offering a plethora of pre-recorded and live workouts via our Facebook and YouTube channels.
Participants have access to a wide range of sessions including Chair Based and HIIT, as well as a number of mindfulness and relaxation sessions.
