Ingredients
2 sweet potatos
Salt and pepper
Garlic granules
Paprika
Method
Cut the ends off the sweet potato
Slice into ¼ inch thick slices
Pre heat the oven 180
Place the cut potatos into a baking tray
Spray them evenly with fry light and season
Cook for 15 mins before turning over the slices and cook for a further 15 mins
Add toppings of your choice before serving!
