Expect Summer 2019

Club Doncaster Foundation, in partnership with Expect Youth, will be delivering a host of sporting activities to children across Doncaster during the summer holidays. 

Tailored to a plethora of young people over the summer holidays, Expect Summer is offering a huge variety of activities and events to keep them active and engaged; across eleven different areas of Doncaster!

Expect Summer commences on Monday July 22 and will run until Friday August 30. Full details of all the activities, where and when they take place and how to get involved are all available on the Expect Youth website, listed below. 

With the support of other organisations and groups across Doncaster, Expect Summer is aiming to deliver more than 20 FREE activities for young people to choose from throughout the week.

The Foundation will be running camps in the Bentley, Balby and Hexthorpe areas of Doncaster, alongside Doncaster Plant Works Boxing Club, DARTS, Cre8tive Dance, Youth Association Doncaster BMX Club and British Red Cross.

Booking for the events have now started, with places expected to fill up fast. Watch this space as the activity calendars will be uploaded in the next few weeks, and you can also BOOK on to activities through the online booking system.

The Foundation will be running summer camps throughout the holidays, which will have something on offer for everyone. Camps will include sessions dedicated to football, where young people can improve their football skills through fun and engaging sessions with qualified football coaches.

Multi-sports sessions are also available, where young people can play fun sports such as dodgeball, rounders, cricket, rugby and team building games.

The staff at the Foundation will also be running a variety of different sessions aimed at engaging all types of young people, including arts and crafts, where you can be as creative and imaginative as possible. For most sessions, online booking will be required.
