Anderson joins Sports College coaching staff

Doncaster Rovers centre-back Tom Anderson has been coaching at the Club Doncaster Sports College as he works towards his UEFA B coaching licence.

The centre-back has been taking advantage of the opportunities provided by the Club Doncaster Family, honing his coaching skills by training the CEFA (Sports College) football team and Rovers Academy sides.

College students have been benefiting greatly and learning from the experience and know-how of one of Sky Bet League One’s top defenders.

Club Doncaster Sports College Principal Adi Turnpenny said: “It’s been a fantastic experience for our college team to have Tom Anderson coaching them.

“It’s another example of the unique opportunities that young people at our college receive and our team have really benefitted from Tom’s expertise.

“He’s been fantastic with the students and they’re really enjoying learning from him.”
