Job Vacancy - Duty Health and Wellbeing Manager - Maternity Cover

We are excited to be recruiting for the position of Duty Health & Wellbeing Manager at the Foundation, on a maternity cover contract. We're looking for a dedicated and innovative individual to join our passionate team to support us with improving lives across Doncaster. 

This exciting post will take an active role in the management of our community gym facility - Foundation Fitness, along with overseeing other health provision. 

This role offers a great opportunity to develop a wide range of experience across health and wellbeing provision. 

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Oversee the Foundation Fitness community gym operations and staff team.  
• Support the CDM to oversee community health provision such as Fit Rovers, cycling and targeted community outreach provision. 
• Create, build and sustain relationships with key delivery partners across Doncaster. 
• Work to support income generation at Foundation Fitness by increasing membership numbers, retaining current members and ensuring a high-quality offer. 
• Oversee behaviour change programmes, connecting provision and ensuring participants have the best opportunity to remain active and healthy.
