Work with us? NCS

Work with us?

Our seasonal staff are at the heart of what makes NCS so special. The success of our programme simply wouldn’t be possible without the passion and dedication of people like you, coming together, every year.

We have opportunities across England between June and August 2020. As a minimum, you’ll need to be available for three weeks during this period, but you may be able to work up to 6 weeks if you're available! You could even get involved with keep-warms and graduation ceremonies at other times of the year.

So whether you want to lead, mentor, support or inspire on the programme, we’ll have a job for you this summer.

Please note, you must be available to attend an Interview assessment evening on either:

  • 18th February or 19th February 2020, these will take place at the NCS Offices, Keepmoat Stadium, Doncaster, DN4 5JW.

Thank you for showing an interest in joining the NCS 2020 workforce. If you want to play an integral role in supporting and emboldening a generation of young people, see our current vacancies below:

Phase 1 - Be Epic

In your first week, you’ll live away from home and nurture your adventurous side. Whether you take on the high ropes, wild waves, or scale a wall, one thing we can guarantee is, by Friday night you’ll feel fearless (and pretty worn out)! Don’t worry, you’ll have the weekend back home to catch your breath.

Phase 1 - Be Epic

Phase 2 - Live Life

Next up? Enjoy another five days away from home with your new-found mates. Get a crash course in adulting and pick up skills to set you up for life.

By the time you’re done, you’ll be speaking to a room full of people without freezing up and know a whole load more about what you want from life after school.

Phase 2 - Live Life

Fuelled by your first two weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to use your voice and have a lasting impact. Want to see a change in your community? Countrywide? Or even globally? This is your chance to deliver an impressive ‘passion project’ – we can’t wait to see what you and your teammates achieve!

Phase 3 - Do Good

Phase 4 - Go party

Ok, so this is a VIPOYE (Very Important Part Of Your Experience), naturally. By this point, you’ll have achieved A LOT. Now it’s time to be recognised. You’ve got to go out with a bang, right?

“...Is there an after party?”, we hear you scream
