NCS TEAM LEADER & ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER ROLES - RE-OPEN!
SUMMER 2018 JOB OPPORTUNITY!
Club Doncaster are currently recruiting Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders to support the delivery of the National Citizen Service (NCS) programme across Doncaster.
We are looking for driven, passionate and reliable individuals to coach, motivate, lead and support a group of 15 young people over a 3 week period over the summer. The roles will require you to be a positive role model whilst stretching opportunity for learning and offering pastoral care whilst engaging young people on their NCS journey.
The programme is part residential based and part community based encouraging participants to develop life skills, personal development, qualifications, and community engagement through this unique opportunity. Through encouraging social mixing, your role will see you lead and develop young people over the course of the programme from residential to graduation.
This is a great opportunity for all University students to not only gain experience in youth engagement, but also to open further and ongoing opportunities for seasonal roles with Club Doncaster, as well as great rates of pay. This can be used as part of a placement.
This role is suitable for personnel who are confident, reliable, energetic and comfortable with working and mentoring young people. Within this role, your main responsibility is to lead a group of up to 15, sixteen to seventeen year olds over the 3 week period ensuring safety and engagement in activities.

ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER
In support of the Team Leader, you will assist and support a cohort of young people in their development throughout the programme. Ensuring the full safety all young people in activities set, you will work with the Team Leader to ensure your cohort of 15 are fully engaged in activities.
