JOB VACANCY: COMMUNITY COACH

Club Doncaster Foundation is recruiting for a Community Coach specialising in school and community sport. This exciting position looks to support the growth of the high-quality sport and physical education particularly within the Selby area, supporting some exciting and new initiatives within the area. The role is varied and intergraded into many areas of our organisation. The successful candidate will take a key role on the delivery of funded programmes and support in the development of apprentice coaches.

Main duties will include;

•             TO LEAD THE DELIVERY OF CLUB DONCASTER FOUNDATION PROJECTS WITHIN SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITY SETTINGS TO A RANGE OF ABILITIES AND TARGETED GROUPS.

•             TO MONITOR AND RECORD PARTICIPATION LEVELS OF SPORTS SESSIONS DELIVERED THROUGH THE USE OF THE VIEWS SYSTEM.

•             TO DEVELOP ALL CLUB DONCASTER FOUNDATION PRODUCTS AND PROGRAMMES THROUGH QUALITY DELIVERY.

•             TO ENSURE THE PLANNING OF ALL SESSIONS ARE COMPLETE AND MEET THE OUTCOMES OF EACH INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMME OF WORK.

Candidates should have a minimum of an FA level 1 qualification in Coaching of football, and a further level 2 qualification with a recognised Sports National Governing Body.

Job Type: Part-time (0.6) fixed term contract

Salary: £15,000 pro rata
